Some people say and others do

I have a friend who I havent really been a friend to. Nonetheless he still thinks that im cooler than Jesus and has been around for ages. He noticed my troubles and offered to get me a job at his work place. While this isnt the kind of work that im best suited to, I said yes all the same. I thought he was a shit talker like alot of people. You know the ones I mean, the kind that mean well, but never get around to do what they said they would.
Well not him. The next day. Less than 9 hours later he got me into a conversation with his boss and im just about to go to an interview. Even if I dont get the job, It still means more to me that he put himself out there and that I actually was able to have a friend like that. I thank him and wish him many great things.
